Parse (Indexing)
- Click Parse to run indexing on selected files
File Actions
- Click filename to view in browser
File Status
- Done – indexed and retrievable
- In progress – indexing ongoing
- Pending – queued for indexing
- Failed – indexing failed
- Skipped – excluded from KB
- Unsupported – file format is not supported
Include in Knowledge Base
- Toggle Include in KB
- ON: File is indexed and retrievable via Assistant
- OFF: File is excluded and not retrievable
