Our backgrounds span global technology companies, research institutions, and high-growth startups, combining rigorous engineering with hands-on experience in bringing enterprise technology into real-world operations.
Ming-Chieh Lee is the Founder and CEO of truley.AI and a former Senior Partner Director of Engineering at Microsoft corporate headquarters, with nearly 30 years of experience building enterprise systems and leading engineering teams.
Throughout his career, Ming-Chieh has focused on data-driven product development, engineering excellence, and team leadership, including work on video calling technology for Microsoft Teams. That experience shaped his core belief about enterprise AI: AI must be reliable, stable, and built around the way enterprises actually work.
